$350 buy fee on a $2,400 purchase.
The fees are the most expensive I have seen in the auction business. Decent inventory they must charge the sellers less.
It's hard to make it in the used car business without the auctions gouging us.response / report this review -

Fees are too high and they allow Lakeland Toyota to run their Buy Here Pay Here lot garbage under the same name think it's called okay cars through Lakeland Toyota so you never know what pos your going to get buyer beware.

Fees are the highest amongst auctions but staff is excellent other than cannot get a jump when looking at cars with dead batteries.

I really enjoyed my time here not only was it educational but both Mr. Jim and Ms. Joselin the instructors had my attention the entire time was scheduled for.

Used to be good, i was buying a lot of cars, spent thousands of dollars, i dont see the good dealers anymore selling their cars over there, i think they gone somewhere else, they wont even help you out when it comes to hotel and travel, their customer service is not that great, Adesa Atlanta is the worse auction i had ever been to. New management comes from there, do not expect nothing good from her either she could care less about your business, as the mentality is the same as Adesa Atlanta

I use to buy tuns of cars in this place 3-4 years ago. Now i hardly go once in maybe 5-6 months. The manager has a very nasty attitude let alone the auctioneer which i'm not even going to mention who he is he has a nasty mouth with dealers and the manager she just laughing at your face when you tell her about her auctioneer offending you. The people outside forget it asking them to help you is like nearly impossible. I recommend not going here this place needs to be looked at by corporate and see how bad they treat you.

Fee's are high, staff is friendly I buy about 10 to 15 cars a month here.
