Friendly staff, easy to get along with, they have great audio equipmentgot in my car and didn't see one wire hooded up and it sounded like I was in a different car. Highly recommending this store for all your Audio and Video needs.

Did an excellent job of installing my alarm system in my van. They did in an hour and a half what another freelance installer couldn't do with 12 hours. Initially they said noway because I'd purchased the alarm on Amazon and it had been fooled with by another installer that they had run up against on other people's projects. After a brief inspection it was determined nothing was ruined and luckily for me they agreed. Future auto electronics will be purchased from this locally owned business. Thank you A/C Audio Video !

Horrifying. Broke my dash into pieces and said it was like that. I have pictures proving it wasn't. Didn't even remove the screws. Just broke them off. When I pulled out of the shop, my dash fell off.

Took my 2005 Ford Taurus and to get a stereo put in only took about an hour and a half well worth the money that I paid for it good customer service will definitely be back when it comes time to put my boom booms in the back LOL

So my mother in law bought CD player wiring harness everything she needed took it to ac audio they put it in about a year ago, her CD player just quit working (it is now my fiances car) he took it out and discovered there was a penny in it that caused a fuse to blow and the wiring was very poorly done. Wouldn't recommend ac audio to anyone you're better off taking it to a hill billy friend that sorta kinda knows what he's doing even though he gets shocked every time he messes with wires and I'm sure the outcome will still be better than ac audio because your hillbilly's intentions are good.
