Their Lazy. I was interested in a JD manure spreader and asked them to take off the left side wheel and take a picture of it so I could determine if the drive mechanism behind the wheel was intact. It is a ten minute job. Roger hemmed and hawed about how long it would take to do that and that it would add to the price. I told him that if he was that lazy I would take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service by my standards. I live in Oklahoma and was not about to drive that far to find out that the spreader was not worth fixing.
