My mom use this tornado buses now ,because the turimex was close temporarily so now to travel from Dallas to laredo this offices are open here in Dallas and laredo too is good to make travels to every part of mexico the prices are $$$ are economic.

Bus drivers should make sure there's no trash left behind within every stop they make or make it a priority for the guest that have boarded pick up there trash and throw it away I mean we are facing COVID-19 it should be a ""Top priority"" of your Head Management or CEOs

You are treated with respect and bathrooms in the station and on the buses are super clean. Everyone wears a mask no drama no one screaming I have a right to breath my Corona breath on to you. The bus stops at nice restaurants and the buses are super safe in Mexico. The biggest hassle is at the border you will pay a tax if you have more than one bag😭 drivers are really polite and everyone is helpful.

I tried to give them a chance again since I used to travel with them years ago. Probably the buses' design from the outside are different, but everything else keeps the same. I traveled to Mexico, & it was a 24hrs trip when normally it is supposed to be maximum 17 hours. It was super long, they didn't stop at the hours they supposed to stop for dinner or just for eating something. The driver wasn't carefully, he was talking on the phone all the time & was driving very fast. I wasn't the only one nervous about this.
Overall, it wasn't a good experience. Nothing different from the times I traveled with them before.

The newer buses are uncomfortable and no leg room. They change drivers way too often and they are sometimes falling asleep while driving and most of the passengers fall asleep on the floor or stretch their legs across the aisle it's awful.

I read so many bad reviews about this company, yet I decided to purchase a one easy ticket to Houston. I purchase it online when I got there I was called to the window right after the person in front of me was done. They printed me a ticket, and the trip was pleasant. The bus was clean, and they had a 10 minutes rest stop. In conclusion, if you want to try this company do it. It was a 👍for me.

Buying the tickets was cheaper than the competition and straight forward. What I liked the most was the double decker bus that I rode on. The bus was cleaner than a greyhound, had electrical outlets for your devices and even had Wi-Fi. The trip I took was from Dallas to El Paso, which happened at night so I could sleep most of the trip. Traveling was a breeze.

Great company and very smooth ride. Buses are clean, comfortable and have wifi. Only downside was ticket/ law enforcement that came on bus when I was in Fort Worth. I normally don't have an issue with law enforcement but this set made me feel uncomfortable and one commented after questioning that my traveling sales job was "weird" in a downgrading fashion. After I defended myself politely and with someone who has knowledge he backed off. I felt bad more so for my Latino brothers and sisters because some looked really intimidated and scared (I'm African American) . The approach was that everyone is a criminal vs. a hard working US citizen. The atmosphere was so thick when we pulled off that the driver put on lite music to try to calm and ease the tension.

Bought my sister a ticket from Georgia to Dallas for her to departure on 5/29 at 2:30pm she got there right at 2:30 and they kept telling her they would be there in 30 min so that turned to 4:30 still no bus then they called her saying there was no bus coming cause they weren't "aware" of the fact they had a passenger to pick up from Georgia so they told her to wait till the next day which was today and same thing happened she got there at 2:30 and they just picked her up right now at 4:30pm. I called like every 30 min to check up on the bus and the customer service lady had a horrible attitude!
