  Kevin and his team at A1 Floors are hands down the best flooring company I've ever worked with. We moved into our new house which had shaw flooring and the joints were starting to separate. We tried working with the flooring contractor who installed them however they would not cover the flooring installation and blame the floors separating on the house. We contact Kevin to have new floors installed as the original floors were poor quality.
  
  Kevin came out, did an estimate which was the best rate in all of Raleigh we could find. The next week his team came out and installed the floors and they looked amazing.
  
  If you need new floors in your home, this is the only flooring company I would trust with my money as well as being in my home.

  We just had A1 Floors replace our upstairs carpet. They offer great products, like padding that helps prevent dog odor. They were also really easy to work with and got the job done quick

  Our entire experience with A1 Floors was fantastic. We replaced approximately 1000 sq.ft. of carpet with luxury vinyl tile flooring . The installation was excellent! The installation took 2.5 days and the installers were very professional and efficient. We were not subjected to high-pressure sales pitches and the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the product offerings. We conducted quite a bit of research prior to securing estimates and we found that A1 provides an excellent product with excellent pricing. The installers cleaned and tidied the work space each evening before leaving and hauled away all debris. We highly recommend A1 Floors to anyone considering a floor restoration or installation.

  Should’ve known from the salesman’s behavior during my consult that hiring this company would be a mistake. He was overly chatty about his son and quite pushy to write my work order. Even though I told him I didn’t want a color that would show a lot of crumbs, dust etc on the floor he agreed with my selection which does just that. The initial installers were nice; however, within 2 1/2 months the problems started. The laminate separated(slid apart) in one area & raised up in 2 different areas. When I called to make them aware the owner tried to place the blame on me saying I used a wet mop to clean the floors too often, (which I had only used a slightly damp pad ONCE ) and that was why they laminate raised up. Well they sent out different installers(the original installers didn’t work there any longer, I was their first job with A1 according to the installers ) so when they arrived I showed them the areas. They fixed the section that slid apart, said one raised area was installed incorrectly, which meant they disagreed with what the owner had said — that it was my fault. The other area I had discovered after I made them aware of the problems so when they came they called in to let the owner know and the owners response was “well we aren’t going to replace your whole floor”. I have asked for a copy of my work order twice to which I never received. Now months later the laminate has slid apart again in the exact same area! Needless to say GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR FLOORING!

  Amazing service from beginning to end.
  I called to make an appointment, explained to the office staff that I needed the flooring in our laundry repair and was on a tight schedule. They were very understanding of my situation, made no promises as stock of supplies could be hard to come by. They explained that the first step would be to make an appointment for measuring and providing quote.
  On the day of my estimate appointment I received a call from them 30 minutes prior to their arrival. John explained all of our options and noted that we needed the floor installed right away, this was on Thursday. They scheduled my installation appointment on Monday for the next day. Like before the installation technician gave a call 30 minutes prior to arriving, letting me know he was on his way. Our laundry room now looks better than ever, we wish we had done it soon.
