  I am absolutely positive that I would not have been able to purchase a home if Stephanie had not been my agent. As a first-time home buyer in this crazy market, Stephanie took the time to explain market conditions in general and each home individually. I relied on her expertise and was able to purchase a home I am very happy with.

  I could not imagine a better partner and trusted advisor to work with in this crazy housing market in the Denver area than Stephanie.
  
  Not only is she super knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in and around the Denver area, but she was incredibly helpful with guidance around selecting the best lender for our situation, strategy when it came time to making our winning house offer, and navigating all aspects of the closing, appraisal, and inspection processes.
  
  Stephanie also always made us feel like her absolute top priority and was always quickly responsive, even after hours.

  Stephanie went above and beyond for us when trying to find a mid-century home for my girlfriend and I. We met Stephanie about a year before we found our home, telling her that we were casually looking and were in no rush. During that time she always checked in with us to identify characteristics of homes that we liked, ideal neighborhoods, and price range. Once she had an idea of what we wanted, she found us an off market Cliff May in Harvey Park. There is absolutely no way we would have found that house let alone get a house in our price range in Harvey Park without Stephanie. I highly recommend working with Stephanie, she made our experience so wonderful as a first time home buyer, we are so appreciative of all her hard work and effort. Working with Stephanie didn't feel like we were working with a real estate agent, she treated us like we were her friends and honestly we both do consider her that now.

  My spouse and I worked with Stephanie as recent transplants to Denver and were excited to meet Stephanie because of her strong local market knowledge and passion for good design.
  
  Denver is an incredibly competitive market right now, yet Stephanie helped us find our dream home, helping us navigate the offer and inspection process to insure we got the best value possible.

  Stephanie is the consummate real estate professional, client advocate, therapist and friend all one. Her earnest ability to nimbly guide a buyer through the daunting home purchase process is unparalleled. She works hard to make things right for all parties involved and truly has her clients best interest in mind. I can’t imagine ever working with another realtor and sincerely look forward to working with Stephanie again.
