People in the office and maintenance guys are extremely nice. However the quality of the grounds, although we're impeccable is now terrible. Shrubs have not been touched in over a year; weeds galore; dead bushes and trees. Many people have spoke to those in the office but nothing has been done.
The pool opened way late and has been closed for at least a week plus due ti run off from rain. After last night's rain it is closed again. They have not tried to rectify the problem.
Areas that are mowed look great other area such as around the ponds and in front of one building in particular don't always get mowed, trimmed or edged.
One garage has a multitude of lights out. For over $2000 per month I expected better.
My wife and I lived at Langtree this past year and were more than impressed with the level of service we received. Huge shout out to Dawn, Dillon and the entire team. They went way above the call of duty. Thanks
Although the area is nice with friendly staff and good food within a very short walk. The quality of apartments is simply not worth it. The apartments are very narrow with minimal natural light and underwhelming light fixtures.
The poor build quality is most evident in the inability to restrict normal day-to-day living noise weather that be people above you walking normally, you can even hear medium dogs as though they were full grown horses. Neighbors through the wall are not difficult to hear either.
The specific apartment I rented had an issue with the shower where mildew was clearly forming anyone walking in there could smell it, apartment management couldn't figure it out after testing and simply said, "it's not a problem."
A highlight of the complex is the maintenance crew. Any small issues ever experienced, minus the mildew, were quickly fixed by the polite, courteous, and professional maintenance workers.
If you have time to shop for somewhere else, it would be a great investment of your time.
Update: resident since one year. It’s pretty good to live here. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Staff is not friendly neither accommodating. They aren’t in sync with what their website shows on availability of apartment options.
They won’t tell you all the requirements and formalities in person. And if you miss something they will say it was in the letter. Not happy at this moment. But fingers crossed for better living experience here. I hope I will not get to deal with management here.
All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The property is kept very clean especially considering the number of public events that happen at LangTree. I have never seen an apartment with 3 bathrooms But my apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I didn't think I could afford living somewhere like this when I initially came to the apartments just to visit someone But after that, I looked up the price and it was surprisingly reasonable! The salt water pool is always clean, the only time it was crowded was on Independence day but that was expected. I don't see how anyone could complain about LangTree when every single staff member is extremely nice and the maintenance staff responds immediately to requests. Parking in my building is never a problem. I have a 3 year old and he loves it here, there is an ice cream shop and other restaurants in the complex. It is also nice to have lake access. The only complaint is people smoking outside below my apartment and I can't have my windows open all the time to avoid the smoke (but I know there is nothing that can be done about ppl smoking outside even though the building is non smoking). This is the best apartment that I've toured and I would recommend to anyone.
