Working with Anthony to purchase our first home was a pleasure! He made the entire process simple for us to understand, helped us read the market, and made sure we were competitive with each house that we liked. Anthony takes the time to get to know each of his clients and treats them like family. He continually reached out to check on us, get our feedback, and keep us positive in this crazy market! Most people who claim to be available day or night, almost never are, but not Anthony! He told my husband and I that he was always available and he kept his word no matter what time of the day it was. He’s flexible with work schedules and does everything he can to make sure his clients are in the best position to purchase a home as soon as one hits the market that fits your needs! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our first home and Anthony made that possible! I will be recommending him to all my friends and family and will be using my friend, Anthony, once again in the future if we decide to move!

We were in the market to sell our home and purchase another. From the get go, we knew we wanted to work with Anthony. Anthony has an easy going demeanor and sat down with my husband and I and explained/advised us on how to go about listing our home. I had many, many, many questions along the way, and Anthony would consistently tell me that everything would work out and that to trust him and the process. We did indeed sell our home and met great buyers. We then found a home that we were interested in purchasing and Anthony used his magic to sell our case to the sellers, and voila, the buyers accepted! We can't thank Anthony enough for helping us and for using his knowledge and expertise to help us find our dream and hopefully forever home.

Anthony was great with us. Our situation was pretty unique but in the end we were able to sell and buy in this crazy market. We looked at house after house after house. Anthony always had a positive attitude with us reassuring we would find a home. It took what felt like forever to find all of our check boxes but he did. I'm so glad we chose Anthony to help us sell, and then quickly buy in this difficult market. He made the whole process less stressful by clearly communicating what to expect every step of the way.
