  If you're wondering whether you should hire Jed as your realtor, the answer is YES! He was the absolute best person we could have asked to represent us as we bought a beautiful home from out of state. He went above and beyond and after every phone call or group chat with him, my wife and I would say, "We love Jed." :) He went out of his way to ensure we knew everything we needed to know about each home he visited for us and showed us over Facetime. He is a clear communicator, confident in his work, and within just a few conversations it felt like he really understood us as a family. But where Jed really shines is in getting you under contract! I can't believe we got this house in the insane market we were dealing with. Jed made us feel secure through the emotional experience of buying a home, especially out of state. He is the guy you want in your corner.

  I met TJ several years ago prior to buying new construction. Serendipitously bumped into him again while responding to an Instagram post about a MidMod house I was interested in online. It was fantastic to get reacquainted and discuss my current needs. The guidance, advice and collaboration leading up to my accepted offer was impeccably accurate and created an experience that was so refreshing in such a crazy housing market. Outward focused, authentic, attentive and ridiculously knowledgeable are just a few things that come to mind when describing TJ and the crew.
  Thanks for helping me find a home that I am proud to own and excited to make my own.
  Such a joy to take a potentially stressful event and break it down into manageable parts and have fun during!

  We loved working with TJ at Mid-Century Homes - by Anthology. From our first meeting, to making our offer, to closing, everything was professional and seemless. Within just a few weeks, we found our home, had our one offer accepted, and had a smooth closing thanks to his knowledge, advice, and experience with the Boise market. Since closing, he's gone above and beyond by connecting us with contractors, specialists, etc. to help us start making the house our home.

  We just closed on a perfect home for our family. It was an unbelievably positive home buying experience. At every point in our process, I felt fully secure that TJ and the team had our best interests in mind. We weren't in a financial position to be highly competitive with extra cash, in a market where you might expect it to be required. TJ's guidance led us to the right home, through a strategic (and FAST) offer process. He didn't push anything on us, he was just supportive and thoughtful, understood our needs, and zoomed in on them. We saw one home, put an offer in at the right price and exact right moment, and 3 weeks later TO THE DAY we had the keys. I still can't believe it. Highest recommendation!
