  I ordered my wife flowers for our 1st anniversary. Was hesitant using this florist, as I never used them before. I told the florist what I wanted in the bouquet and they put a lot of time and effort into making it exactly the way I wanted it. My wife loved the flowers. Other thing that I liked is that the delivery was very punctual!!! I will be a return customer.

  Easiest flower order ever. Placed the order at Sunday brunch from my phone and it was delivered the next day! Looks exactly as advertised. I will use this place again.

  I decided to go with a premium boutique for my wife's birthday because she started a new job and I wanted something that she can show off to her coworkers. Instead she got something that didn't remotely resemble the photo on their website. Far fewer flowers than they depict in their online photo. I emailed them and got no response. $180 for this. Never again.

  I've ordered twice now, and they are great! When my wife sent me a picture of the flowers, I was surprised that they weren't quite what they looked like on the website. They were better! I paid for the deluxe version, and they were amazing. Highly recommend them, prompt delivery and easy to order online.

  Excellent experience! Same day service. Free local delivery. Picked up the phone both times I called. Courteous and helpful. I accidentally gave the wrong office address a couple building down. They found my friend and made her day. Highly recommend!

  A small shop but has a good enough assortment of flowers and gifts if youre making last minute decision to grab something for a special occasion. The florist also goes above and beyond in making your item that you chose to look appealing. A bit expensive but worth it.

  Thank you so very much for your excellent service and a gorgeous floral arrangement. When I called to confirm you received my order I was told the flowers were already out for delivery. Within a few minutes our daughter sent a text with a picture of the arrangement and a note saying how envious her co-workers were! Thank you again for making her birthday special!!!

  I chose a bouquet specifically because it had mums in it. The recipients favorite flower is a mum. When she received the flowers they didn't have any mums in the bouquet & multiple other flowers were switched out & the colors were changed as well. The bouquet was still pretty but not at all what I wanted. I was disappointed that the picture doesn't come close to looking like what I ordered.

  A Plus Flowers & Gifts created and delivered a gorgeous floral bouquet for my daughter the same day I ordered it. I was extremely impressed since it's the day before Valentine's Day! My daughter was so excited to receive such a wonderful surprise containing her favorite roses. She called to tell me how fresh and fragrant the flowers are and sent me a photo. I will be ordering from A Plus for all my flower deliveries in the Chicago area. Thank you for such prompt, professional, courtesy service, and stunning flowers.
