My man surprised me with a lunch cruise and we had a blast! The food was great, the staff was great, the views were amazing and I had a blast.

I went on board the Mystic Blue for a birthday party and had a blast!

Pros: Food buffet was great and the DJ kept the party going all night.

Cons: The drinks were too high at $14 each for tequila. The security staff barely checked passengers for weapons.

Terrible experience. Guard armed with guns and they were drinking with passengers they new. Drink were 15 dollars for a long island. Food was just bad, they had powder mac and cheese. They told us on the phone there were no reserving seats, then we got on the boat and there were reserved seating, mind you we were 20 people deep and had to just find out own seats. Flat out TERRIBLE wouldn't go again for free.

Was invited to my buddies DJ set on this party boat. Man.. despite someone flying off the side of the ship into the lake on a cocaine induced rush, it was a great time!

Great service , the captain was welcoming guests which is amazing in my opinion , the tour was wonderful , food was ok , it can have more variety .

1. Cruise crew team asked my grandparents who are handicapped and are sitting on wheelchairs to walk two flights of stairs.
2. Unreasonable seating area. We are a group of 20 and only half of us can actually get up to get our food (buffet style dinning)
3. Horrible customer service - sat down at 7pm and did not get first drink until 8:30PM.

Does not feel like a high end dinning place at all!!

The trip was so fun and was fantastic! The food was amazing! The staff was very nice. The music was great. The best part was the view of Chicago from the water. I loved my experience on the mystic blue!!!
