Went to save money. Ended up saving even more than hoped. The staff helped answer every question i had about the BC and even contacted the rep to check. No pressure to buy extra things. Very honest and helpful.

Literally the only service I saw was a prank phone call about used gear I posted! They are more concerned with their own diving and schedules and completely neglect the customer. Also hang on to your receipts! As I paid and ordered an item from them, wasn't notified that it arrived. I saw it was for sale in the shop. When asked if was mine, they replied "do you have a receipt" Since I misplaced it they never released the item.
