The worst places ever to stay at in A.C.. The manager is a drunk and gets high, nothing works not even the tv's.. The rooms smell old and like smoke the sink leaked there was a big ass hole in the ceiling over the tub. They was turning tricks in the hallway, and selling drugs this hotel needs to be shut down..

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible and worst hotel ever. “Free Wi-Fi” but WiFi does not even work! Beds are hard and pillows too! There was also a MOUSE in my room!! If I could give 0 stars I would !

I had the unfortunate experience of booking with this hotel. When I arrived to the property I was displeased with the outside appearance as the pictures online did not display how rundown the hotel actually was, but reluctantly, I still entered, trying not to judge a book by its cover.

When I entered, I was overwhelmed by a musk of cigarettes, mildew and dog and to my surprise an actual dog was parading around the lobby. I believed it to be one of the guests of the hotel until I heard the manager, Connie, call him by name. The smells of the lobby seemed to distract me for a few minutes until I broke from its haze and noticed the dankness and dinginess of the lobby. But still I thought "it's just the lobby," so I proceeded to pay for my room.

As I walked up the stairs and through the halls leading to my room, the overwhelming smells flooded my nasal passages giving me a nauseous feeling. The smells of marijuana, mildew, and some unidentifiable odors outranked the smells that preceded them in the lobby. Once I got to my room, the smells outside seemed to be masked by the muskiness of the room. After inspecting the room further, I noticed black dirt marks along the rugs, holes in the walls, and to top it off, there was no seat on the toilet. You can imagine my appall and disgust when discovering this.

When I saw this, I immediately grabbed my bags and made a complaint to the front desk clerk seeing as the manager was not there. I left a note of my complaints, requesting a FULL refund as I would not be staying there. When I came back this morning, the manager, Connie, refused to give me my money back, continuously making excuses (she had no access to the safe, the owner left, I didn't make the complaint in adequate time), anything to keep me from getting my money back. Needless to say, I did not receive my refund.

I only wish I could captivate the smells I had to endure my short time being there. I reported this "hotel" to the Better Business Bureau, as this establishment should not be in business. Whatever room they used to advertise to draw in business gave them a false sense of credibility. This place is absolutely disgusting. I'm only giving the one star because I have to in order to post. If I could give negative ones I would!

when my husband and I first got here the receptionist was very rude to us. Their was a loose dog in the lobby that kept barking at me for them to tell me the dog dont bite, EVERY DOG BITE. We booked through expedia and the check-in said at 2pm she said we couldn't get roomed til after 4pm. So we asked her could she watch our bag so we could go to our event she tried to charge us. I asked to speak to a manager and she came out and got us a room with in 20 minutes. We go to our room and our key didn't work, went back down start to the rude receptionist who then gave us the master key and said she would make us another key before she left at 4pm. we get in our room it stank so bad the bathroom was dirty we didn't have wash rags or towels. We take the master key back and got our room key. that night we came back to the key still not working. so every time we wanted to get in our room we had to keep going to the front desk. This was by far the worst motel I ever stayed in. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE! NO STARS ROOM ME.

This place really isn't that bad, from what I experienced the staff was friendly, the room was a little old but for the price was fine, the fire alarm went off but that wasn't a problem because they allowed me to continue my drinking in the lobby thus allowing me to socialize with other guests, I wish the pool had Been open but not really a deal killer for me. All and all I enjoyed my stay here.

Do not stay here. Not worth it. Smells like poop when you walk in and pee as you walk up the starts. My sink was broke and I faucet handle was broken for shower. Carpet felt dirty and there were water stains on the ceiling. I do not recommend. I would rather have stayed out on the street. Also management just let her dog run around in the lobby.

Ah where to begin? The prestigious Knight's Inn It is already known to be one of the finest and most elegant hotels in AC, but why? You soon find out exactly why as you walk in. The crackheads occupying the lobby are not only extremely courteous, but also very knowledgeable about not only crack cocaine, but many other drugs as well. Let the fresh smell of marijuana relax your soul as you dodge the missing tiles on the walk to your suite.

Now on to true allure of the prestigious Knight's inn: Walking into your room, you are transported back in time. The leaking toilet creates a medieval moat protecting your room from outside roaches. The tube TVs produce a clear standard def picture with little static, while maintaining its old-time charm. The semen stains on the sheets are barely noticeable and have been cleaned recently (definitely within the past few guest stays).

Ever been to a 5-star steakhouse that doesn't have sauce because it would ruin the amazing steak? That's how the waffles are at the prestigious knight's inn breakfast, no syrup provided because the waffles are so tender and delicious.

The only complaint is I couldn't find the valet parking, but I'm sure that was my fault and it wasn't a big deal at all. I wish I could give the prestigious Knight's Inn a higher rating but 5 is all they allow. Highly Recommended!
