If you haven't visited Ocean Manor recently, you are in for a treat! The main house has been completely done over. It is new inside and out and looks awesome! See the picture . Come and stay next season. You will be amazed!

Always have a nice stay here.. Staff very accommodating and friendly.. This is the only place we stay that is quiet and most comfortable..

Our short stay at Ocean Manor was a great experience. It is a very nice option for an overnight since it is close to the beach and the heart of Ocean City. The small complementary pastries and coffee were a nice morning option to help hold you over until venturing to one of the many OC restaurants for breakfast. Only complaint would be that the price point is more meant for location than how extravagant the hotel is. The rooms were average with few amenities.

We booked a queen room for 2 nights. On the website, it claims "refrigerators are in all queen rooms". #1. We paid for a queen room, and didn't get one. We stayed in one of the 'cottages'. And by 'cottage' they mean CLOSET. #2 It was tiny, terribly old and had a full bed, not queen. #3. No refrigerator, no microwave, no phone, no clock. Nothing. #4. Shower was not in the bathroom, it was in the bedroom. Seriously, right next to the bed. #5. It had one, 4 drawer dresser. Only one drawer opened. Just absolutely awful accommodations. Never ever again. Not even for free.

The location is excellent, a block from the boardwalk. The rooms are fine, nothing special. Place to sleep after a great day on the beach and boardwalk. Service is good as well.

Excellent location in proximity to the boardwalk and the downtown area for Ocean City. It is quaint and charming, offering guests a comfortable stay. The place is dated, but comfortable. Our room features space for my wife to sleep in late privately while I relaxed with a coffee on the sofa in an adjoining room. That was key to her stay and our collective enjoyment.

We stayed there recently and did not have a great experience. Although the outside was very nice and the ladies at the desk were very nice the room was awful. What is seen on the pictures here does not show the room that we stayed in. The fouton was awful Dirty and and we couldn't sit on it because you sit down you fell so low had a hard time getting up and you sat on the bars inside it. The walls had many holes in them and just painted over. The refridgerator had drippings on the front from another visitor. The bathroom had no exhaust so the ceiling tiles were lifted up for exhaust. The bathroom door was an old door of wood that had never been painted and had holes in it. Everything had been painted over many times not to mention there was no extra toilet paper. The fan ticked all night. That room needs a complete renovation.
Wish we had known that ahead of time. Never would have stayed there and never will again.response / report this review -

Great room and affordable price. The staff was extremely helpful. They only down fall was a stand up shower with kids but obviously it's the beach so most places probably have just that. The place was very clean and super conveniently located to the castaway amusement pier. They also provided beach tags at no cost.

Best stay in ocean city. My husband and I stay there every year for his birthday and we just love it. The people are friendly and the rooms are so clean.
