We had a wonderful time at the 99 Restaurant last Saturday night. We arrived at 6:00 and as expected, we waited 20 to 25 minutes to be seated. The waiter was prompt with our drinks, I had a raspberry martini and my daughter had a moscato wine, and their complimentary popcorn. The food was great too. I had the grilled turkey tip skewers, my husband had the country fried chicken and my daughter had the garlic parmesan chicken macaroni and cheese. All the food was delicious. We look forward to our next visit.

The wait staff and management are very good. They took my wife's egg allergy seriously, and when i mentioned it, they went over quickly and printed everything on their menu that doesnt have eggs and the ones that does. Our waitress was amazing, and the food was phenomenal. My favorite pick for a sit down restaurant. They are very accommodating. I highly suggest everyone to try 99 Restaurant for themselves

Went for dinner with my husband. Hostess on that night was not good. Started with one waitress that wasn't Brittany,like the hostess told us. Then receive our waters and have the correct waitress saying there was a mix up. Finally get our food and my husband's fries were so bad he only ate some that were underneath. There was way to much salt on them, more than Mc Donald's usually puts on fries. Ok, overlook that. Waitress never stops by to ask how food is or get us more water. She only had 2 other tables. Finished with meal and sat there exactly 20minutes waiting till she finally came over and asked if we wanted dessert. No just bill. For every minute we waited her tip kept decreasing. Close to a 28 dollar bill, we only gave a 4 dollar tip. Bad service and the hostess really needs to get her act together and communicate with the wait staff.

If you're coming here for a milkshake, get ready to be EXTREMELY dissapointed. I've never asked for a restaurant for a refund on something I've ordered before, but this time I did because simply it was beyond disappointing. I am pretty sure that it was just chocolate sauce and ice. And unfortunately they didn't even blend it well, there were chunks of ice the size of marbles in it. All in all, I would give it a 0/10. All of my 5 friends also tried it and it scored an average 1/10. Really sucks. Hate this place hope it burns.

The male bartender was too occupied with the 2 other guests at the bar to notice us. Glasses were empty for a while. My friend and I made a little bet to see how long it would take for him to even look at us (with only two Other guests) so she put her hand up like in school. 2 minutes went by with the manager walking by and another server walking by and were not even aknowledged. Actually the manager in his green shirt sat at the bar stools across from us and began conversing with the two other patrons as well. At this time there were 2 tables in the restaurant and 4 people at the bar (including us) and couldn't even get a hello. Won't go again. Bartending isn't hard if you have a personality and can hold a conversation. Neither is managing at that. No customer service skills at all. Also, his name badge said 'trainer'. Go get em!

Ok. First off, our order was messed up. My steak (medium rare) came out raw. I sent it back, came back the same. Sent it back, came out a little more medium than I wanted. My wife's order came out wrong, but that was due to a newly hired waiter. Despite all the issues, the manager went above and beyond making things right. Overall, it is a promising restaurant with a great menu and reasonable pricing. I will give it one more shot, as should you.
