Very friendly staff nice comfortable rooms and suites The best place for complimentary breakfast includes a chef that will cook you fresh eggs or even an omelette also a very nice pool area and exercise room.. Very nice Attached restaurant and Bar

Called and asked if our room could be ready no later than 1pm. Lady at front desk said it wouldn't be a problem.get there at 1:15 and SURPRISE our room isn't ready and would not be ready till 3. The lady at the front desk was very RUDE as I specifically asked for it at 1!!
We arrive back at our room at 10:00 pm after The monster truck show and NO HEAT!! Front desk sent someone up to look at it and there was no fix. Moved us to a different room right next to the load music and bar crowd at 11pm with 3 children. Furious!! Long story short we ended up making a 3 hour drive back home because of all of nonsense. Never again will we stay with this Hotel!!

This is the best place to layover hands down! I was there Christmas Eve. Our entire crew was treated like Kings and Queens by the bartender. We ate a lot and drank a little. But stayed safe at the Maplewood Suites! This is one of the most memorable Christmas' I've ever had as a Flight Attendant.

Maplewood Suites is a great place to stay. The rooms are large. Beds are very comfortable. There's us a fridge, microwave & electric burner in the queen room we stayed in. They also provide plates, cups & utensils along with dish soaps & dishcloth. The shower is very large & excellent water pressure. There is indoor heated pool & hot tub. Also a bar where. they gave live music & trivia nights. They have a very large continental breakfast. The staff is all very friendly.

We rented 3 rooms for our family, the rooms were great and very clean. The breakfasts were very good. The front desk was just incredible. They were all extremely helpful. Kara was the BEST. The shuttle came in very handy. We would recommend this place to everyone.

nice and comfortable rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff. the kitchenette was good for making snacks and the induction stovetop was super fast boiling water. the exercise room was really big and had the cables, free weights and cardio theater on elliptical and bikes.

Outstanding Value & Comfort. A very clean and modern room with an abundance of amenities that you would usually find in more upscale, luxury hotels. Front desk ( George ) very professional, personable and highly efficient. I will definitely return on my next few trips out this way, very impressed and my words can't accurately describe the overall quality and experience, when in area, make reservations and experience it for yourself - You Won't Be Disappointed.

We blocked rooms for our wedding guests at the hotel. Though our room, and the majority of the blocked guest rooms were fine, there were severe issues which were unresolved by the hotel. One guest room had dried blood all over the room, another room had the refrigerator malfunction which left a large amount of water all over the floor (an elderly couple's room), and one room was above the bar and was so loud that they could not put their baby to sleep and had to go to the bar and tell them to turn the music down. In all instances, the hotel did nothing to resolve the matter. The front desk was ridiculous - nobody was ever there. We had gift bags for our guests to be handed out and many of them were not handed out. George was the only knowledgeable person at the front desk, and when he was not there, it was awful. One of the front desk girls even told me "its all down hill from here" in regard to my getting married the night before. HA. Additionally, many of my guests complained to me about how rude the ladies booking the rooms were. We had a room block and were bringing the hotel great business, I think we should have been able to expect them to be nice to our guests. Anyway, nice hotel if you get put into a clean room, not located above the bar. The shuttle is a perk if you book it in advance, and the breakfast was nice. I had expected better customer service, but from looking at some other reviews, it seems this was not a one time issue.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, nice variety, made to order omelettes. Family friendly, staff went out if their way to help us. They upgraded us to a suite, because the room we booked was not available. Nice pool and hot tub.

Was a good stay considering the cost. Most aspects were five star. Few areas where cleaning could have been better so making as a 4.

Much better breakfast then typically for the price range. Decent pool and easy to get to.

This motel was ver nice and updated. The pool seemed a little dirty. We ate at the restaurant on location and while the good was good, as well as the service, it was a little expensive and they had a live band and several intoxicated people running around lounge while our family was trying to enjoy our meal. All in all, rooms were nice but could of been a bit cleaner and under the air/heat unit there were wires hanging out which I found to be a little dangerous.

Comfortable rooms. Clean, with easy access to St.Joseph's hospital where my Dad had sugery. My only complaint, we were told a to go breakfast would be available. The male clerk working was less than helpful at 5:30 am. I would suggest some fruit, prepackaged muffins or at least coffee for early departing guests. I am giving a 4 star for the poor service, and attitude of the front desk clerk.

We were in a large room. I believe in was a banquet hall/room. I was there for a professional event. We were served drinks during my time there and had little contact with employees of the hotel. What I did see was very nice and I was extremely impressed with professionalism of the staff that i did come into contact with. The facility was well lit, smelled of vanilla and was very clean. I would absolutely choose Maplewood to stay in if needed in the Liverpool area!

The people working here were extremely nice. It is a clean hotel, with many nice amenities though I wasn't able to go to the pool, I've heard that other people liked it. The bed is super comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, I think I could have asked for others but I didn't want to bother anyone. The room I stayed in was bigger than other hotel rooms I have stayed in, but there was a sofa that pulled out into a bed and it could have been bigger because of that. I did order room service, the woman came around the time she said she would and was very nice. The location of the hotel is practical and easy to get to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here with my family.
