Jacuzzi bath in room and quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Considering the amenities and how nice the property is, I feel like I got a wonderful deal. will certainly be staying here again

Amazing hotel with amazing value for money. This hotel is one of those finds that you randomly make and then dream of coming back again. Really nice atmosphere, very friendly staff & guests, beautifully decorated rooms. The only single little thing that could be improved would be more shelf or countertop space in the bathrooms. However, this is a minimal drawback compared to everything else. 100% will recommend and 100% will come back.

Well it wasn't the room pictured for a deluxe king on Expedia. But I'm not gonna make a fuss. It's very pretty courtyard and I'll add more pics of pool and lobby.

Clean big and renovated rooms. 2 nice pools open until late night. Quiet air-conditioning. Bed is too weak no breakfast.

We went there on a Thursday. Which was great because the hotel was very close to the weekly street fest! The rooms were big and clean, they even upgraded one of our rooms so our rooms would be closer to each other. The pools were very nice and all staff was super friendly!

Everything was great. The rooms were nice and smelled great. The internet was fast and reliable. There are two pools, one of them a whirlpool. Huge tv. No breakfast though.

Great place, great rooms, great service, great location. Heat attracts bugs at night, but that's common in areas with high humidity. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Really nice hotel. For the price you can't beat the cleanliness and set up of the courtyard. Just have to be careful of what weekend you use any hotel in Palm Springs. They tend to get over ran with late night or goes from the gay events they have in the area. I got to listen to my neighbor and his several buddies moan and groan all night. The hotel itself I really like though

You can tell that this place was nice when they remodeled it years ago but they used cheap fixtures and the place is in need of an update. That wasn't a big deal but it didn't have a nice clean feel to it for that reason. The worst thing for me was the mold and mildew. I have mold allergies and the room I stayed in smelled really bad. They even have plug-in air fresheners place throughout the facility but you could see caked on mold/mildew inside of the wall mount AC unit and it just blew throughout the room. Bottom line, if you don't have mold allergies and don't mind the smell, it's not a bad place and the staff is super friendly. If you have allergies, stay away from this place. I wish I had known going in.

The location is good. It is within walking distance to the main street with all the restaurants and stores. Room is decent. Great for couple spending romantic weekend. Services from the hotel is okay. They have heated pool and 2 jacuzzi inside the hotel. But they do not have enough parking.

A beautiful courtyard, friendly staff and an amazing hot tub. Good location, close to great food. Rooms not very clean. Shower finicky.
