THE BEST in service and cleanliness. Have been a customer since high school and it's only gotten better with time. Howie gives an amazing experience, to the point that I let him do whatever he wants on my nails (color, shape and design).

Horrible. Do not recommend ever. Ever since the original owners left, it's been a mess. I went in to do my eyebrows and told the lady that all I wanted was a trim and a clean up. After taking forever, I saw the finished outlook and my eyebrows were so thin, crooked, missing a part, and uneven. Then with my nails she went over with so many layers that by the time I got into my car, I had tiny holes forming into them. Not to mention, it took like two hours to just finish them. Tried to use a college discount and she tried claiming that my ID was expired. Never again.

DON'T GO TO THIS SALON!!! After asking my technician to use sanitized tools and a brand new file, she refused telling me that it cost a dollar per file. I asked to speak with a supervisor over a few discrepancies the technician was unable to resolve which led to the owner coming over, yelled at me, tell me my nails looked fine, and asked me to asking me to pay for my service and leave. I did so but not before going to take a picture of their licensing information and having the owner's wife push me out of the way and told me that I was not allowed to get their information. The police then became involved on my behalf. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Dirty, rude, poor quality.

I had been a 1st nails customer for 6 years until I noticed the decline in the quality of their services. It started to seem unclean, the technicians became hasty and careless, and the overall experience there was no longer a good one. I'm sad to see the downward spiral and factory-like qualities happening, trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. It used to be awesome mani/pedi and a great value but isn't anymore.
