Leaving with multiple cuts on 8/10 fingers due to the lady who did my nails being very reckless with the nail grinder 3 days ago. Came back today to show the manager how bad it was (as the scabs are much more visible than the raw skin was at that time) and she had her staff tell me all they could do was put a “clear coat on the nails”.has absolutely nothing to do with anything. I will not be back here ever and highly regret the previous referrals I have given this place. Avoid if you don’t want your fingers sliced open and infected and then have your concerns ignored.

Got a 50 dollar manicure with barely a message at all. Total rip off. And when I asked why they didn't have a description of the service they barely gave me a response. Not worth it. There are much better places.

I do not leave reviews often, but sometimes I think it is necessary to warn people to not waste their money. I went here for just a basic gel manicure. She asked if I wanted her to cut my nails down.. I said yes please, I prefer them short because they grow so quickly. She left them long. When I asked her to cut them shorter, she just filed the edges which did barley anything, and then at that point I felt awkward. When asked if I wanted them square or round, I said round, but yet she did them square.. When I asked for her to round them she said they are round. (They were very square) I politely asked well, could you round them more? She said no. I'm a very shy person and felt weird asking for so many things. The color was terrible. On the display it was a nice medium pink. On my nails you could barely see it. Then to top it off, it only lasted 3 days!! Gel for 3 days?! It wasn't one chip or error.. 8/10 nails had chips and started to peel away. Absolute waste of money. Not to mention they are more expensive than neighboring nail salons!!

Had my nails done my Nina the other day. While getting my nails done, she continued to state she was having problems with the nail powder, causing white dots in the color and it was light, when it should be dark. Following the completion, she placed cuticle oil over the color and when I washed my hands at home, the nails were discolored. I called immediately and they stated that I could return for it to be fixed. Returned only to be told I could receive a 30% discount to correct the problem, when it warranted something else. I've been a long term client for years, never had a problem and this is how I was treated.

Horrible horrible job on my nails! Dip nails are coming off not even 24 hours later! Never wasting my money again!

Love, love, love this place. Been going here for several years, and I'm never disappointed. It's very relaxing, and they always make sure you're satisfied. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I love this place! I first found it on vacation a couple years ago, so I don't get here oftenbut my experience is top notch every time. I get the milk and honey package. Between the massage and allit's amazing! I had Kimmy and Anna this time. Anna was wonderful on my nails and really did a great job on the massage! And Kimmy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and foot and leg massage as well! AgainI would highly recommend to anyone!! 💜

So sad to say I did not have a good experience here! I went in for an eyebrow wax because they were very reasonably priced. The place is very nice and so I felt good going in, but the actual service was terrible! She was very polite but clearly in a hurry. She did not take the time to be precise at all. 2 strips placed above and below, rip, tweezed maybe 3-4 hairs and done. I'm not asking for you to spend an hour here but she literally did it in 2 min. So many stray hairs were left behind and the lines were not clean at all. Also, after the redness went away, where the wax was BLEACHED MY SKIN. I have two significantly whiter lines above and below my eyebrow where she waxed me. I've taken multiple showers and exfoliated and the lines are still there. It was a great price and I really wish I had a good experience here but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Very frustrating experience.

Had to file my own toenail. All of my toenails were different lengths. Completely disappointed. Ratings stating the same and how they rush through are accurate.

I have very mixed feelings! This facility is beautiful and they have a very spa feel. I received one of the best pedicures i have ever had. But i got Gel mani too, and all my polish is peeling off. My gel Manicures usually last three weeks! This one didn't even last 3 days. My daughter and I spent 160.00 there. I tipped very well. I called to ask for a refund on my manicure since I live in Kansas and cant come back in to have it redone, they denied me the refund. I own a salon and do not give refunds either. But there is an exception to every rule and being an out of town guest should be one.
