Absolutely terrible. The older Asian lady should not be allowed to cut hair. Very rude and unapologetic.

Customer service is good but cutting is not. The place is clean and welcoming. The lady asked me what cut I am looking for and I showed my picture with previous hair cut and asked for a similar. She messed it up.

Both my husband and son who is 3 get their haircuts here! We moved 20 miles away and still go! Quan is amazing!
