I purchased a 2014 Outback June 13th 2017. Within three weeks the oil light was on and the car was down a quart of oil. I added oil took the car back in spent 100.00 on an oil change only to have the light come back on in three weeks. I looked online and found out about the class action suit against Subura for burning oil. This was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. Rhonda from the dealership told me it was between me and Subaru. I took the car back in and asked for the oil consumption test. Chad the service manager told me to drive it for 1200 miles or until the oil light comes back on. Even though the light has come on twice already I am supposed to keep driving this Outback to Cleveland everyday when there is an issue so they can document it. No regard for the fact I just purchased the car and no regard for my safety which is ironic because I purchased the car for its safety. I took it back at 1200 miles and was told the level was normal and I am to keep driving it. If the light comes back on then bring it back. This is horrible customer service no regard for my safety or my time. I had to take off work to take it back there. Be aware before you buy from them of their customer service, also there is a class action suit for all models of Subaru for burning oil.
DECEMBER 2017 Huber goes from 1 star to a five star review. They fixed my car gave me a new engine and let me drive one of their cars while mine was being fixed. They did everything possible to fix my car and gave me excellent service.response / report this review -

Very very happy with this dealership. Bought a used car from them. Got a good amount for my trade in. Sales people are Not pushy, and help you in every way they can. Highly recommend. If you see something your interested in go and take a look. Very busy there so get in early or make an appointment.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Huebner online site unseen. I live in Charlotte and ran across this Escape, had a lot of miles 177,000 and thought I would take a chance on it for my son thinking down the road I could always put a low mileage motor in it. It was extremely priced well, so I contacted Brittany and finalized the deal with Shane. Both were excellent and great to deal with. Brittany even had some one take a video of the Escape for me. Once the Escape was delivered to me, I was even more surprised what excellent condition it was ! Will keep them in mind if I'm ever looking for something else in the future.

Very happy with Huebner's service and with Kira (sales rep). She went above and beyond in accommodating several days of driving different cars and answering all questions asked. She's excellent at what she does and would like to thank her very much for that service!

After a lot of car shopping and listening to a lot of BS I sent some email questions to Huebner. I received an email from Kim Richards who asked what I was interested in and made an appt. for me to drive a car she thought I was looking for. I drove the car she answered my Questions and got me a very fair price. Probably took no more than an hour and we had a deal,no BS and no high pressure sales ,just friendly answers.Happy with Kim ,Huebner Chevrolet and the car. Will be my first stop next vehicle. Thanks for all the help Kim.

I purchased a used 2016 F150 Lariat from Huebner Chevy/Subaru, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Shane Beohm treated me with great respect and I felt that everything was straight up and honest. I received a fair price for my trade and the 2016 F150 was very competitively priced. I walked away happy with no regrets! I would definitely purchase more vehicles from Huebner! They are a class act!

The customer experience at Huebner was beyond exemplary. I started doing research online when searching for a dealership, and I came across Huebner Chevrolet Subaru and reached out to them. Katie was very helpful at every step of the process from answering my questions online to going to the dealership and test driving my Outback. Because of the excellent customer service experience I was well informed and was 100% confident about my decision to purchase my Car here. I highly recommend Huebner, because they are not just about making sales but more about serving the customers needs to ensure their satisfaction.

This dealership​ is fantastic. It was by far the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Integrity I front and center here. We are so grateful we stumbled across Huebner. Kim Richards and Luke Wilson are top notch in our book. We will definitely be repeat customers when we are ready for our next purchase.

We just purchased our second vehicle in two years from this dealership. Both times were nothing but easy, stress free and pleasant experiences. Our salesman, Shane, answered all of our questions up front, and was a pleasure to work with both times. We also return to the dealership for oil changes and maintenance and have had only great experiences with the service department as well. Highly recommended dealership, all around.

Lee Laughlin has always done a wonderful job in the new car buying experience for me. He is attentive to what it is I want as far as model and options. He is easy to talk to and deal with. After the sale he is always available to answer any questions I have. He is a great salesperson in my mind. He and Huebner Chevrolet have been my choice for years.

I live a good distance from Huebner Chevy. Through email, Kim began the process by providing me the valuable details and information that would be needed by anyone to decide if a long trip to their dealership was worth it. My girlfriend, Abby and I had been looking at cars to purchase for her for a while but everything was either to high or to low in price or miles. When out of the blue a Gray(our favorite color even) Dodge Charger appears! We were looking for a charger mainly!! We contacted them and the process of applying and approval was very quick and easy!!!! We're 17 hours away from the dealership but flew down and drove back. They had a driver pick us up and drive us a hour and a half to the dealership from the airport. He was a super nice guy who gave lots of advice on the best path back to be the quickest and cheapest. We got there and the car was even better than we expected!!!! It was amazing!!! We've had it about a week now and are loving it!!! Thank you everyone at Huebner Chevrolet for your hard work and outstanding customer service!!!!
