  This hotel doesn't have any redeeming features. The area is sketchy, although relatively near to Taksim Square, there are no metro/tram stations close by. The rooms are kitschy and tired, the amenities are not even remotely reasonable. The breakfast is very simple, the tea is bad and there is only instant coffee, and it's not a buffet. There was a balcony outside our room, but it wasn't clean. The cherry on the top was being woken up every day early in the morning by the call to prayer from the mosque across the street (not really the hotel's fault, but annoying nonetheless). Would not recommend, unless you're on a tight budget and can't get anything better.
