Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us early check in, as early as 11 am
The location is also very good- near Grand Bazaar and right in front of the metro. Plenty of food joints around too if you end up hungry at night.response / report this review -

This is one of those hotels, in which management and guests have to work closely together hand in hand to manage maintenance and touch up :).
We had several repairs, which of course should have been settled, when making up thebroom anyway. However, everything was immediately corrected by the friendly staff.
The hotel offers an excellent, rich breakfast, which gives a good start into the day. It is conveniently located to tram station and to the Great Bazar.response / report this review -

Friendly and helpful staff
Neat and tidy. Very accommodating
Internet is provided but the complimentary Hilton honours speeds is about slow. Can be improved compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Other than that pleasant and very acceptable stay.response / report this review -

The location is very good and the hotel itself is beautiful. The front desk agents are very helpful and Mustafa the bellman who helped us was eager to show us how everything worked and where to find everything. Breakfast was also delicious with fresh baked bread made to order.

It's so shame Hilton is putting her brand name in this hotel in istanbul really the aircondition was working but not cooling there are mousqito in the room and when I came down to check out there was another couple complaining of not having water in thier room and they said they will change the hotel so sham and what a waist of money plus the gym is so crape and the room are super small and tiny but the stuff are nice that's what I can give

Good location. The Tram & Metro Station are just nearby. Even the Grand Bazaar is within walking distance. Every helpful staff who even helped us to negotiate with a cab driver who tried to overcharged us on the fares. 👍

Double Tree by Hilton is one of the best hotels I personally have ever been at. There is lovely guest treatment and lovely rooms. But there is one downfall, and it is the price. For one burger it was 36 euros and for lunch for two people was 40 dollars.

Very disappointing stay at this establishment. The majority of staff need customer service training, most of them seem to have faces like slapped Ass's, like seriously, if you really hate working, find another job.
This is far from the Hilton experience in use to having travelled all over the world.
Service was terrible from the get go, right to the end.
Being hounded and hoovered around at breakfast 5 times with regards to paying the bill, firstly if I'm staying at the Hilton, the last thing I'm going to do is run off without paying for my £13 breakfast when your holding my credit card details, and secondly, it's common courtesy to present the bill after your guests have finished breakfast, not as they've just literally Sat down.
Never again at this Hilton!!!!

The accommodations are modern and fresh. Everything was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is a great one - close to the Grand Bazaar and the Higia Sophia where there are many other incredible architectural sites to see. Tons of great shopping, eating, and photos ops to be experienced near by.

Perfect front desk staff and housekeeping is going out of their way. I don't recommend the breakfast just because the staff is friendly but has no plan what service is. Breakfast buffet however is outstanding and has everything you can think of. I had free breakfast and still went next door only because I didn't want to deal with the service crew. Room service has been excellent 5 of my 6 day stay. Only on my last day I canceled my cafe order after waiting for more then 30 min.
Overall this place is very relaxing, and I would recommend it to my best friends and family.

When I came to this doubletree I booked it online however a mistake was made during the online booking.
I am pleased to say however my holiday to Istanbul was saved by the staff at this hotel especially a man behind the desk named IBRAHIM who i can honestly say was extremely polite and helpful.
He and the rest of the staff made the holiday for me and my elderly mother as relaxed and amazing as can be.
I have stayed at doubletree in Spain and UK however this was the best experience I have ever had when I check in to Istanbul again I will definitely be staying here! Lovely location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and very good room service.
I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to tour the city with ease as it is right next to a central tramstop. Laleli camii, Bezayit Camii and grand bazaar is also short walking distance away.response / report this review -
