Luxury hotel with 3 restaurants, bar and beautiful Mezzanine cafe. High quality of food and service.

Stopped in for a drink. The environment was delightful, there was live music and the service was very good. The drinks were perfect and the staff was very friendly and professional. A very nice experience. I am definitely going to visit the Grand Hotel Europe again next time i am in san petersburgo or rent a room there for the full experience.

Beautiful rooms though the Talon Hotel is more sumptuous. The breakfast at the Belmond however is far superior to the Talon. The gym at the Talon is much larger and they have a full swimming pool but the Belmond is adequate. The staff at the Belmond however is much more courteous. The check in staff I believe her name was Ekaterina remembered my name for days after just a short 5 minute check in. The mezzanine cafe was incredibly kind to my kids and the hotel gave them teddy bears and free ice cream gift certificates. Despite no pool and a smaller gym and smaller rooms, the Belmond scores one more star than the Talon because of friendly/courteous/not at all snobby staff, phenomenal breakfast and super kid friendly!

Stopped in for tea and a pastry. It was very, very, very nice. The strawberry confection I had was marvelous and the tea came with every kind of sweetener imaginable (including rock candy on a stick!) The service was excellent too!

Elegante de grande de la hente. Muy agradable y lugar de alojamiento ideal.. Very nice, rich, bright and historical building. Comfortable place that easy to reach everywhere. İncredible staff.. Friendly reception. Lovely service. Breakfast buffet choises was better than a five-star equivalent hotel in the north America.

A fabulous hotel in the old grand style, but with modern amenities. The breakfast is a cornucopia of foods, ranging from fresh fruit and cereals to made to order crepes and omelettes. The Mezzanine Cafe is a great place to hang out in the late afternoon for coffee and fabulous cake. The Azia within the hotel is very good Asian fusion restaurant. And there are few places better than the Paradis Imperial Lounge to enjoy a night cap, while listening to a singer with a piano accompaniment.

Accidentally found this place while walking.
But what a hotel. it is so beautiful from inside
My wife and I decided to have afternoon tea in it
I didn't know that Russian also enjoy the afternoon tea.
