I've stayed here for few days this summer in St. Petersburg, and it was possibly one of the best part of the vacation.
Location of the hotel is simply great, close to the Hermitage and to the Nevsky Prospekt, at the same time is quiet and not so crowded at night
The hotel is clean and simple on the outside, luxurious inside, with a nice decorated big hall. Staff is highly professional, friendly and responsive to your request, in every detail, from the check in to the minibar replenishment and room making during the day.
Rooms are very nice (booked a Grand Deluxe Room), spacious, clean and have all the amenties of a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast is great, cover all traditional meal and of course also caviar, plus the in room service is very efficient (I suggest the Tsar Breakfast). Never been at the restaurant, but its name and reputation are well known and praised.
Everything is this hotel makes you feel that the staff is warmly taking care of you, by this the sad part is when you leave.
Further, if you book in advance and possibly even pay, price is convenient if compared to other luxurious brand in Petersburg.
I've been in the city 3 times, stayed in many hotels, but this is absolutely the best.

Great location. Close to the Hermitage palace and all the historic and touristic attractions, while still being in a urban-commercial area. A short walk to the Nevsky Prospekt. Not far from the Mikhailovsky Theatre, the St Isaac's Cathedral, the Kazan Cathedral and Spilled Blood Church. The room was great. Amazing service. Loved the heated towel racks. The concierges are really good. They recommended good restaurants, managed reservations and pointed out the best route to get there using subway, a must try experience if you visit St. Petersburg. Would definitely come back

Great Hotel, nice staff, gorgeous rooms, amazing breakfast, comfortable location. Bid TV, spacious bathroom, clean room. Wifi was very fast and worked well.

I had an excellent experience staying here. Clean comfortable room/bathroom. Well trained helpful staffthat exceeded my expectation! Wish other hotel staff would take lessens from you guys. Thanks for making my vacation a wonderful one!
