  The best customer service. They took the time to show me in detail where to go and do. Also they were very well manner and when I request anything. They did it quickly and ask me to make sure it was done at my full satisfaxtion.

  I was in this hotel for about 10 months and above all the experience was positive. The environment inside could be said to be old fashioned but it might be a question of taste or lack of it :)
  Anyway the surroundings are pretty nice with parks, public transportation and restaurants of all kinds.
  The staff if very kind and try their best to accommodate any special request that you might have.
  In short, for the price in a city like St. Petersburg, it is a good choice.
