I got a lesson in communication from iLender, which I am going to embrace in my business going forward.

The lesson: Get on the phone with your clients more often than you email them.

It saves typing time going back and forth but, more importantly, you're showing the personal touch, coming across as an efficient business that gets things done.

Thanks to Grant at iLender Mortgage Brokers. I cannot recommend them enough. Aside from the epic and timely communication, they got us a mortgage when others couldn't!

Thanks to Jeff we have been able to buy our dream home. The banks wouldn't touch us as we were buying from Australia, and we were turned down by two other brokers who apparently specialise in overseas buyers! It was looking hopeless, but Jeff secured us a great loan. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage who doesn't tick all the 'right' boxes for the banks. We will be using him again when we need to remortgage!

Amazing team of people at iLender. I had no issues at all with them and as a first home buyer they made life easy for me. I appreciate the assistance they have given me. They answers questions promptly and are happy to deal with simple questions most first home buyers would have.
