It has been quite a roller coaster journey of highs and lows during the search for our first home. When we finally found something suitable, it was exciting and daunting at the same time. Clayton came very highly recommended from close friends of ours after we weren't getting very informative and proactive advice from a bank that we had already landed a pre-approval loan through.
So glad we switched over, Clayton was so easy to deal with and very professional. As well as getting us a great rate for our first mortgage he lifted our potential buying price significantly by working through all our details and tailoring the options best for our situation.
Being our first mortgage we had a few questions and no matter how silly the questions were he always put us at ease and answered all our questions every time.
Clayton certainly knows his stuff and made what can be a quite stressful process less stressful for us.

We had such a positive experience working with Clayton to secure our first home.
He informed us with great detail at each stage of the process and gained a great interest rate for our mortgage.
His advise and ability to handle all dealings with the banks made the process much more manageable for us, and we can't imagine having done it all without his support.
