Booked in with Ben Wood to ship my ss ute home from Perth to NZ was told I had to have the ute down in Fremantle by10th December so quit my job to travel on down.2 Days before departure got a phone call from the actual shipping company to say McCulloughs and stuffed up there were no sailings till january but because Mcs had stuffed up they would keep it under cover until shipping date.I paid $/₩0:00 to insure it and explained it was baby look after it.When it finally arrived heaps of damage and McCulloughs couldn't have cared less just referred me to their insurance agent agent who after seeing a lawyer finally gave $+/00:00 dollars minus no claims bonus.Moral of story dont touch these guys

I've imported vehicles from both the UK and Singapore with McCullough and would happily use them again. Their pricing is fair and their service helpful and responsive. Recommended.
