Used the service to send and pick up deliveries over the past 3 years and have had nothing praise fot the customer service provided by all of the staff. Highly recommend.

Very poor service for the india staff i posted a box it got send back to my adress instead of the adress i wrote down When i go back she said lot of things instead of sorry. Very very rude and unfriendly.

Post shop is great. Main store is terrible. $2 to email the guy my doc and $1 to print a single page..

Rude, rude, rude. This is my local (unfortunately) but am now travelling to other Post Shops to get better service.
The Paper Plus shop is even worse, staff have NO IDEA how to speak to another human being, and it looks like smiling is a completely foreign concept to them.response / report this review -

It says that they are open today even on their website so I travel from drury this morning only to find that their doors are shut and nobody is there why do they do these things to peopleone job botany post one jobpost the right bloody times on your website arrrgh I will suggest nobody come here if they can't get their own opening hours right do you really want them handling parcels and dealing with your banking I think not.

Staff very unprofessional and rude. Walked few metres to ASB and got wayy better service. Wouldn't have even given a one star review but it's the default option.
