Terrible customer service, I went into to BP to buy my lunch on my lunch break from their wild bean cafe. I queued up in line with about 8 other people in front of me. They had only one counter open, then they opened up another counter so the line cut in half. I was 2nd In the new line. A lady opened the counter and served the person in front of me and as I got to the counter she put down the sign that says sorry this till is closed and walked off. Worst customer service ever, you get better customer service waiting in the KFC Drive thru on a Friday night.

Good coffee. Good service. Wonderful selection of quick shopping and so on. (Chocolate, drinks, chips etc)

Their Wild Bean Cafe is worth a visit - affordable, quality hot drinks as well as tasty, well-filled pies on offer!
