It was convenient and well maintained place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at YHA. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There we're a few hick ups at first but they we're sorted out very fast very clean and quite really like it here will highly recommend.

Room is small but manageable, heater doesn't seem to work unless on full blast, water pressure in the shower is pathetic, window isn't airtight. However, for the price and convenience of location, it's all minor nuisances you can man up and deal with.

Great location, new furniture. It has pool table, nice kitchen, rooms are big and clean. Didn't like spirits drink regulated, only at kitchen and not within your room, that has a very nice terrace by the way

Great Location right in the heart of Queenstown. Clean and Tidy. There''s no elevator which is mildly annoying if you have heavy bags. Still great hostel. NZ YHA hostels are so much better their Australian counterparts.

Great hostel. The best location, reasonably quiet at night, good sized clean rooms. All staff are extremely friendly, especially Andre, who helped us in booking all our activities and gave us great advice and recommendations as well.

Good hostel with excellent facilities, en-suite rooms and clean throughout. The day staff are friendly, the night staff less so (even if you're being quiet, they still act like you're offending their ears).

Good location in the centre of Queenstown, prices aren't too bad either (especially if you're a member).
