Warm welcomed when check in by Janice, good service by Angle of restaurant.
Large room, clean and tidy. Value for money!

Needs a refurbishment. Some rooms done, and nice and spacious. Breakfast cool, wine list basic, dinner menu ok at best. Huge room for improvement.

Hotel is old and dirty. things were broken. The washroom door handle is broken. My room smell like smoke. our room is super hot. Got spider web on the window. The only nice things there is the staff. They are very friendly and kind.

Excellent service from the receptionist. Shuttle services are also available from hotel to town and back. There's a bowling alley for you to spend time at night.

Cheaper in comparison with Queenstown itself. Place at time of visitation was sorely in need of maintenance evidence of water tightness issues. Mixed / inconsistent levels of service (Maintenance guy funnily enough seemed to provide the best service at time of our stay). A manager attempted to charge group leader more upon check out citing electronic booking system error.
