  Nice hotel boutique hotel within walking distance from Queenstown Mall, shops and eateries. Located near the park as well. Quiet but I find the room a tad stuffy and too warm even during the night with 5-7 degrees Cel temp outside. I had a room on the 2nd floor, there is no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Housekeeping was fantastic, but I felt that I had to give a lower star rating cos I found my clothing which I left on my bed, on the floors when I returned to the room.

  We got a discount for not getting daily room service. Still, we get free milk, coffee, etc.

  The entrance and the corridors in this hotel smell like toilet the room in the basement was decent but quite dark. The only thing I liked is a very comfortable common lounge. Location is good and they have free parking.

  Really helpful staff, and great rooms. We stayed here before and after doing the Milford Track, and the staff kept some things behind the desk for us, and had them in our room the second time we checked in without us reminding them. Highly recommend.

  The owner is a great host. Personable, informative and a great chef. Just above the harbor area, less than a 10 min walk to all the action.
