A great place to stay in Rotorua. Our family apartment was good value for money. The heated pool in the motel grounds and individual spa pool were clean and a big hit with my 11 year old. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms not serviced no beds made had to make our own. Although they did asked if we wanted fresh towels. Very disappointed

We booked here because of pool indoor spa and restaurant and bar also because a 10 minute walk to town.
We got here early evening so we could have a meal and was told restaurant was closed and has been for awhile.
10 minute walk to town is more a 20-30 minute walk.

The staff were amazing very accommodating and professional great service. We held a family birthday here at short notice and booked 4 rooms and the restaurant CHEF and FOH waiters and waitresses were just great they supported our evening and great communication. with all. Highly recommend staying and eating at this place. Will definitely be back. Only downer was there was a complaint about one of rooms being noisey but they handled that somewhat well.

Recently there for family function, service at Reception and at Restaurant was helpful, friendly and staff went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time. We had 3 rooms and family members that stayed thoroughly enjoyed their stay, those that didn't stay wished they had as they were impressed with the rooms and facilities offered. Function at the Restaurant was awesome food great, service awesome will be returning in the future.

Always our favourite place for staying in Rotorua and standards haven't slipped over the years. All the amenities you need in a motel, quiet units away from the road and, of course, an outside (but under cover) spa pool in every unit. Also high on my list of criteria, you don't have to sleep in the same room you eat in and watch TV in.
