Really enjoyed this quaint little place. The owners are so friendly. They gave us some farm eggs for breakfast. Yum! The room was huge and had a kitchen. Laundry is available on site. Do it yourself type. Parking is free. So nice and peaceful.

Stayed for 2 nights as passing through Rotorua. Staff friendly with eggs given to me from chickens!! Farm like in rural quiet, exactly what I needed to recharge from busy schedule. Will stay here again!!

Considering the price, this place is a great motel. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were spacious, owners were very nice. However, the location is a bit out of the way.

We stayed for 2 nights as we were passing through Rotorua. The rooms were rather large, well stocked and clean. Overall a great for the price. While we did the decor does feel a tad bit cheap, we felt like the amenities were outstanding. The decor was the only real markdown. I think this place would be great to bring my family back to.

Ended up in Rotorua one night (around11pm) on my motorcycle with my significant other, was too tired to ride back, and just happened to ride past it. Inticed by the $65/day rate, we got a room for the night. We ended up leaving early the following morning due to other commitments. The room was well equipped and clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming even though it was quite late at night. Recommended to all!
