One of the worse places I have ever stayed at in NZ. Ashamed as a Kiwi that this is being promoted as 4 star property to tourists. Carpets were sticky and fake wooden floors very dirty. Top of microwave clearly not been cleaned in months. Covers on couch stained and filthy. Would never stay here again and will be certain to tell people to avoid at all costs. Needs some serious TLC.

Dirty and uncomfortable. Should not be a 4 star as there was no basic comfort, needs lots of maintenance and requires cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the spa it was comfortable, peaceful, close to the amenities. Friendly Management, bedding was comfortable and the room was very warm. We also appreciated sky television.

Had a wonderful stay. Found the room very clean and tidy. Enjoyed Roys warped sense of humor and very accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a long and tiring day at the fiedays

Stay away from these unfriendly people, we stayed for 2 nights. After 2 days of our stay we were charged $35 on our card when enquired the unfriendly lady was very defensive and said that's for the dishes you left for us to clean and for your cooking and the mess we made, we only microwaved the soup we brought and she said is splashed all in the microwave. Also we stained both the duet covers on our first night. We were never advised about it on day 2 and even when we checked out and neither that I agree that we were responsible to be cleaning dishes which were 3 plates and 4 cups when we paying for our stay. Stay away from so called friendly people.

What a lovely place to stay. The actual room was really nice, clean, tidy and had everything you could need. The spa out the back was just awesome and the owners were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I would stay there again in a heart beat and would highly recommend.
