  Clean with nice furnishings. Very handy to bike trails, we loved being able to hit the trails within 5 min of biking from the motel. Carpark, kitchen and upstairs toilet were rather compact. Road noise not significant, but our room shook a bit when big trucks went past on the main road. Views over thermal area.

  It's nice motel with comfortable room. Close to the center of Rotorua (5 mn by car) and few meters from Te Puia with the geyser.
  The owner gave us good advice for the trip.

  It was a really nice place to stay and a perfect accommodation for a family with 2 kids. We have been given nice recommendations for activities in the area. Rooms have plenty of space and are clean and nicely decorated. We hope to stay loger next time.

  Very friendly welcome from the team! The rooms are huge self-catering units - very clean & well stocked if you don't want to go into town for your meals. We especially loved the free view of Pohutu out the back garden & free parking. Word of advice, this lovely motel is just off a very busy road, so don't expect a long lie-in in the morning.

  Super comfortable and well priced. Best of all was the location and convenience to Whakarewarewa Thermal Village and also Redwoods mountain biking. Very happy with customer service too.

  Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Unit was clean and spacious. At the budget end of the market, this is one of the better properties in Rotovegas.
