Very friendly staff. Has a beautiful cafe on premesis with delicious pancakes. Nicely set out room (micro villa) with a shower big enough for two! Contains a mini fridge, includes laundry facilities (shared) and portable clothes lines (for those of us who want to dry clothes naturally). Would stay again!

The walls are a bit thin, so not as quiet if have noisy neighbours. But the service is great and the raw energy/salad bowl with hot salmon is a perfect choice if you want sg light.

I personally like it and stay here regularly. Good quiet location, clean reasonable rooms with no smell, big variety of rooms, nice friendly staff. Just one annoying thing - very bad WiFi, this is why three stars and not five, in my opinion. Not for a business traveller if you need WiFi in the room. It is almost non existent, especially when full. So you will have to use your mobile data if you need internet. Perfect for getaway though :-)

Highly recommend this accommodation. Staff very helpful, informative and friendly. Eating places within walking distance and lots of choice. Accommodation is comfortable, clean, spacious and luv the breakfast menu.

White Island rendouzous

There are no negatives here. Spacious,minimal noise,the hot water works,tv didn't have the movie channel on though. Car park not a problem and free. A few minutes walk to all the restaurants. Prices are fair. Friendly staff with a cafe attached to it. Wifi connection strong and free. The meeting point for White Island tours. The best accomodation we stayed at in NZ this trip around

Very good. We had a deluxe apartment for 4 people and it was excellent. Spacious, well equipped, clean and the most comfortable bed ever! There is also free access to laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. Staying at the motel also gives you mates rates on the White Island tour, New Zealand's most active volcano, which is a must see.

We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Clean, easy walk to shops and restaurants, REALLY comfy beds, and well equipped mini kitchens (not that you'll need them, the cafe is wonderful too).
