I had a very nice stay at this site. Really quiet and close to the beach. Amenities were complete and the toilets were super clean. It's not the cheapest but it is worth it.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a uni field trip. Facilities are nice and clean. Enjoyed the inflatable trampoline a lot. View of Ohiwa beach in the mornings is awesome, just a 2-minute walk from the holiday park.

Absolutely beautiful! Heaps if fun for kids and beautiful walks on the beach for adults! The kids loved the bouncy pillow and must admit I had some fun on there too!

Best campground so far!! :-) Good in many, ways. From the staff, vibe, location, things available for kids, and amenities.. such a great place.. AND for the crazy one (me, haha) who needs a hill to escape to if a tsunami occurs, there's a hill there! I could go on! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY :D

Cant rate this place any higher. If you have young kids then this is the camping place to go. Great, friendly run camp facility. Close to the beach which is nice and flat and great for fishing.

Fantastic location and very well appointed. Showers were hot and had good pressure, hosts were friendly and the whole place was relaxed and friendly. Only regret is we didn't get to stay longer.

Beautiful location that is always clean and safe for young families. This is the third year we have returned here to camp over the summer holidays.

Beautiful location and very well run. We stayed for 10 nights over new year's when the camp ground was running at capacity and the shared facilities (showers, toilets, etc) were always clean and tidy and sufficiently distributed through the park that there were no queues.
We stayed in sites F7-F9 and would very much recommend the location. Very sheltered, quiet and handy to everything. Unfortunately they're some of the only sites in the ground without power, so you have to live with that. The fact that there is no discount for an unpowered site especially given expensive per night rate charged here ($23/person/night) was the only negative I could come up with over our stay.

Nice but unclear about the rates on booking. Beautiful area, but -1 for the coin operated showers, and -1 for to not have free WiFi in 2016 !
