I made a large order with Oak Furniture store & sofa years ago, the high quality standard and excel service was really impressed. Today I just re-ordered some new pieces, as I need them urgently, they organized special storage pick up and arranged the delivery to my house with no extra charge. I checked on site after assembling, quality is absolutely high and service is outstanding exceed than what we expected. I am one of the big fans of Oak Furniture store & sofa, highly recommend!!

I recently placed a large order with Woods Furniture, and would like to comment on the excellent service I experienced. I was given an expected delivery date, which was adhered to exactly. The delivery process itself was first class, from the initial call and a call from the actual delivery men half an hour before arrival, which was exactly on time. The gentlemen who delivered the items were helpful, cheerful and courteous-even as they carried two extremely heavy wardrobes up a flight of stairs! The furniture itself is superb, the quality and value are surely standing out from other retailer in NZ furniture market and we are very happy to deal with this company and would refer to our friends. Valuable solid oak furniture! We had been looking for a solid oak dining table and chairs for a while, but most of the goods we saw were not solid oak and we only discovered this company on Google. At Woods Furniture the goods are all solid oak.
The delivery time was given when we placed the order and was delivered to time.
All the furniture is exceptionally well made and I would thoroughly recommend anyone who was contemplating purchasing furniture, to buy from this company.

I'd just like to let people know on google how impressed I am with the quality of the products this company sells, I'm over the moon with my sideboard and table and can't believe the price is for solid Oak timbers! The store service provided is first class, the staffs are very knowledgeable about their timbers used on their products. The delivery service is also to be mentioned, they kept their promise of a pre delivery call and were most helpful. I have already told as many people as possible about you and how pleased I am with my furniture and I am happy to recommend to anyone. When so many "big name" furniture stores are trying to sell you pine (softwood) or MDF furniture for a higher price than we paid for solid oak furniture from Woods Furniture, I can't understand why you would go anywhere else.

Add to that the quality of the product and the excellent delivery service (the staff were really careful, sociable and considerate) and I think you would struggle to do better in the Auckland area, and probably beyond. Thank you!

I would highly recommend these guys, not only for their good quality furniture and great prices but also for their superb customer service! We took delivery of our new bedroom suite yesterday and their guys made two extra trips to sort out of couple of issues for us. They made it their concern to ensure we were happy with our pieces.

Great furniture, best prices

Our third time purchase from woodsfurniture. I bought a Cambridge Coffee Table, bookcase and sideboard. Our living room looks superb and the furniture is extremely solid and well finished. It was delivered in 3 days and was in perfect condition due to robust factory packaging. staff are very helpful and friendly. We Highly recommended.
