Usually ordered online. If you don't understand the equipment, like me, you can also go to the store for face-to-face consultation.

There is a Taiwanese Paul who can communicate in Chinese. Paul is very professional and familiar with e-sports. When I picked up the goods, Paul flew back to Taiwan to participate in the e-sports competition. The router he recommended solved the problem of 2dgree's frequent disconnection.

Play tech is hands down the best PC company i’ve ever dealt with.

Came in to figure out why my machine was slow - ended up getting a few new bits, which are working beautifully.

Dan explained the components to me that I had 0 clue about - which I really did appreciate.

After getting some internal components I decided my setup needed a bit of an overhaul. Dan gave me suggestions for the best gear in my price range - all of which turned out amazing.

Great deals and a super fun team to be around.

10000000% recommend for any computing needs.

Travelled 1hr 40min to see if they had a part for my young ones set up. Was looked after very well and was even shown a product that was cheaper and yet was the same thing I was looking for! Bloody top bloke (forgotten you’re name) great service, product knowledge and genuinely care for customers best interest.

Absolutely awesome experience doing business with them! I bought the Moza R5 bundle with the brake upgrade and a GT Racing setup from them and it's just blown me away with not only the quality of their products, but also the customer support they gave. Shout out to Dan who helped me through the process. If I get good at this, I'm certainly going back to them for future upgrades. It's been a great experience throughout! I'm picky with the money I spend and Playtech have proven to be absolutely worthwhile.
Update- I've since added the ES Formula racing wheel upgrade and the CM HD screen, with the Formula wheel transforming the experience for the better! The CM HD screen for now, just replicates the information I get on the screen- I hope they'll upgrade it in the future. Overall, all the products so far, except the CM HD screen have made sim racing a very enjoyable experience.Highly recommended!

The only concern was looking for a car space that is allocated to playtech.As people come to park for sushi and pita it quickly fills up.The store itself is huge with its gaming products on display laptops drones and computers and computer monitors.They have a service department there for any repairs or upgrades etc.
Wheelchair accessible no problem.
Staff seems busy but approach counter and service with a smile.

Can at least applaud them for their ordering process. Fast execution of order with regular email updates regarding status of the order right through to delivery.
Unable to comment on after sales service / warranty though as I have not needed to use it yet. (The experience of which. If I needed to use it. could drastically alter this review)

Very Poor, I bought a PC that came with faulty hardware, after sending it back to get fixed it was still faulty. I then tried to get a refund however because i felt like i was being scammed and i wasn't able to get a full refund so i ended up losing a fair bit of money. Would not recommend.

Had a computer fault under warranty and took them better part of a year and me taking them to small claims court after a third party assessment to get them to correct it. Turns out that some of the hardware they installed under warranty was also faulty but when I took it back to them (straight away as my PC was freezing constantly) they tried to make it out as my fault. Some of their staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Will never use them again and will be letting everyone I know not to use them. Brought a product and emailed them the same day to cancel order. That did not happen. They know I wanted to cancel it before they shipped it as it was on the packing slip I wanted to cancel order. They did not reply to emails or message from there contact page on site. TOTAL ASS HOLES
