We ordered 2 custom cabinets via their reseller in February. Their reseller service was brilliant however as with the main kitchen order previously they were let down by Kitchen and Stones failure to provide in full in as specified and on time. Advised they were ready for pick up in March. Went to pick up in Albany and they couldn’t find the doors after a half hour wait so we left it with them till it was complete. This had all been paid for in full. In MAY we were finally told it was ready for pick up - 4 months to provide 2 small cabinets which are made locally!!!! When we went to pick up we found the end panel was still missing. This took another 2 weeks. Then when we assembled we found the shelf is drilled incorrectly so it is crooked and one unit is chipped. Requested compensation and another approx 2 months later they come back and offer a plastic cutlery insert - seriously!!!! They have had our money since February and we are left with inferior product- a discount should have been offered. Do not want to wait another 4 months for them to be made correctly.In my opinion they do not know what is stored where in their warehouse and their time frames are a joke.I would only go here if you are prepared to do lots of chasing and checking of quality. I regret not going to the place were originally going to.

I brought the premium kitchen form them and have been extremely disappointed in the quality and service when I tryed to order the next kitchen from them but it has worked out better as how found a far better kitchen company at a better price and way better quality. That's a good by KCS from me

Good price but the most terrible customer service i've seen in NZ.
Order some cabinets at 12 Feb 2021. Three of them are out of stock and sales promise will come in one or two weeks. Now they have been delayed to 31 May!
Make hundred calls to them no one reply. Email them no one reply. Leave message at their website no one reply. Come to their office twice, staff there say need to confirm shipment and reply later, but no one follow it ever!
Be aware of the fact that they wont help you solve any issue if you met!

Always busy in the weekend, so an appointment is advised. Amandeep gives great customer service. Helpful and obliging.
Pick up was organized and went smoothly. Lots of heavy packages so be prepared to have someone to help load your flat pack kitchen onto your trailer or not to your ute. Great value kitchens without the hefty price tags even if you do put it together yourself. It's worth the saving.

I’ve been using Kitchen cabinet and stone’s high quality cabinets for a number of year and over 5-6 renovations. They all look great and has great quality at a price that’s very competitive on the market. Personal service by the team is second to none. Highly recommended !

Very happy with our reasonably priced new kitchen and stone benchtop. We got what we wanted for less than half the price quoted by a known kitchen company. Would recommend anytime. A great way to go if you want to diy!

Do not buy here unless you get full install, the products are flat pack but instructions are very hard to follow as they don't have some measurements. Be careful in sizing any appliances to fit as they may not fit as advertised. After sales service was mediocre and took over a year to finally get issues fixed.

The product seemed reasonable for the price . My installer was great except no rubbish was removed and l was left with a car load to take to the dump. Not what l was expecting. They didn't supply a price to remove existing kitchen and l had to sort that with a separate company. I guess those are the things that don't get done with a cheaper price.
