In the past I have enjoyed my stay here. However I stayed here on friday night and was disappointed. The plug on the wall for the jug was hanging out of the wall. I pointed this out to reception and said it was not safe, and they did not understand me. There used to be a lady Margy, she has left and I said to them this would not happen if Margy was still here and they appeared not to understand me. Not good as people from hospitals recover there before they go home, what if I had of hurt myself? The standard of cleanliness has gone down since Margy has left. The staff appeared polite but looked tired and did not understand much basic english.
However it was quite considering the location and that is a bonus for it.response / report this review -

I loved our stay at Tudor motel. The staff are patient, understanding, easy to approach and extremely helpful. My partner and I are definitely going to go back again in December!

The lady herself published price for one room in 15$ with 85% off.we managed to book on this price about a month ago.one day before our arrival,she phoned and confirmed our arrival but when we reached there she asked us to pay 115$.she was so rude, we were with kids and did wait to get it sorted for about two hours but she did not even allow to use a toilet and wash my hands.

Horrible. The TV was not even straight, the paint in the room was coming off and the pool was dirty. Immediately wanted to leave. The lady at the front desk was nice but her pants were a bit low

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants.

The motel is all good. Rooms are smoke free and also comes with air cons.
Cleanliness is all good too and also the manager was very friendly. Definitely going back there again.response / report this review
