  Wonderful B&B near Hobbiton. The B&B is surrounded by cow pastures in a quiet area. The owners are lovely and the home is filled with Art work.

  Best experience I've had traveling so far. Denise and Bruce are incredibly accommodating and have done a phenomenal job with their rooms. Amenities are top notch, rooms are beautiful, and their breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

  ArtHouse Bed & Breakfast is fabulous..Hosts, Bruce & Denise go out of their way to make guests feel very welcome..the setting is amazing with views across paddocks to the Kaimai Range in the distance.
  We enjoyed their art collection..
  The "Swan Room" ..delightful
  Breakfast exceptional..
  Totally memorable..
  Highly recommended..and the drive into New Zealand's countryside is special..very close to Matamata & Hobbiton too.

  Wonderful hosts, great location and very unique with beautiful artwork throughout. Had a superb breakfast and have left with a heavy heart. Wish we could have stayed another night or two. We will be back though so looking forward to that.
