Great value for money in Hamilton - very clean, comfortable, quiet and a short stroll to main part of town, close to sport stadiums.
Owner operators are keen to help and ensure all guests are happy. Went above and beyond to send us an item left in a wardrobe before we left NZ.

I like to thank Lloyd & Debbie for the lovely for being such awesome hosts, loved the Spa unit and thank you for the upgrade to king size bed. We enjoyed our weekend again thank you will be coming back again :-) AAA +++ Regards, Grant

Clean and new. Basic room was spacious with large bed. Decent kitchenette, handy to supermarket. Sound proofing could have been better.

We got a Free upgrade, all brand new amenities, spa bath, huge shower, heat pumps, nice beds, helpful staff, free wifi and parking. Only downside was 1 on the 2 dining table chairs was broken. Its so new that's it's not on the current google street view.
