  Stayed here last night good quiet place with a view at the sea. Nice spots for camping, good showers, availability to do your laundry. Very tidy camping ground.

  A loverly little campground backs onto eastury and ocean views. Quiet with a nice garden and lush grass. Good kitchen and lounge - felt like home. Wifi free 250mb only then pay as u go. Bathrooms and laundry services a little tired looking. Charming little place

  I hadn't been camping for years.
  So I was pleasantly surprised to discover full toilet and bathroom facilities in impeccable condition. As well as a common room and kitchen area, and internet access to sate my tech appetite as well.
  If tents aren't your thing, motel style rooms are available.
  There was plenty of space for tents, caravans, and the like.
  
  And then there were the staff.
  The true definition of good old kiwi hospitality at it's finest.
  
  Not more than 10 minutes walk from the site were plenty of local bars, eateries, a supermarket, fishing shop, bottle shop and local art and craft attractions.
  
  This campground is not a place that attracts a young rowdy crowd, so its peaceful bliss for couples and family friendly.
  
  And the view from the bottom of the campground is nothing short of breathtaking at sunset.
  
  This will be my 'go to spot' in the Coromandel from now on.

  We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners are so friendly and accomodating. Great location and kitchen, toilet and shower facilities were awesome.

  22/11/14. Never stayed in Coromandel before but Tide Water made it a very enjoyable time. There were 20 of us staying and nothing was a problem. Staff were fantastic and the place was excellent. Sleeping accommodation suited all of us, some camped, some had a bunk room and we had a motel until. Very clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen, lounge, toilets and shower facilities brilliant. Fishing was awesome.Thank you Tide Water. Will recommend you.
