  Bunnings has become a go to place for me because their prices are very reasonable. I've made a few orders here for various things and when they'd arrive they'd call me up. Sometimes I'd go in sooner and wait for it to come off the delivery truck, sure enough it arrives when they say it should

  I would like to put it across there that I will not be shopping at the Te Awamutu store in the future and will tell anyone who cares to listen. My experince at the store this afternoon( 9th December 2017 around 3pm ) was shocking and confusing). I went to the store to get some timber . Having been a regualr customer to the store I went straight to the timber dept but was met by a hostile and unhelpful retail assistant. I explained to him the type and size of the timber I wanted but he did not seem interested. I also requested for a trailer to take the timber home but he insisted that I should bring my own trailer. He ignored my explanation that I have done this before and always got a trailer as I live only 2 kms away . He didnot offer any exlanation as to whetehr the loaning of trailers has changed because the last time I checked this was the case.He was dismissive and turned his attention to another customer who had arrived after me.
  Like I said at the start I have been a regular customer for many years so Im pretty disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.
