Perfection from the moment I walked in! Service is exceptional, atmosphere just wonderful. Have been to so many hotels in Queenstown and this by far is my favourite!

Amazing experience started with a wonderful tour complemented by champagne. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable room. Staff provides everything including reservations and custom experiences.

We were greeted by Rowan who was very cheerful and attended to all our needs, helping us decide how to spend our day based on our interests. The hotel was both homey and luxurious at the same time. We enjoyed the hot tub with great views of the town and mountains. The breakfast was delicious and the proximity to so much activity perfect for our visit.

This is an exceptionally good hotel. It is perfectly situated: within walking distance from everything in Queenstown yet in a quiet and peaceful setting. The views are striking, the rooms large and well appointed and the common spaces comfortable. The breakfasts are perfect.
What distinguishes this from other excellent hotels is the attention to detail shown by Matt and Paul, the owners. They take care of everything quietly and efficiently. The rooms are spotless, requests are handled promptly and accurately, and their recommendations are spot on. We have stayed in many fine (and not so fine) hotels around the world, and this is among the best.response / report this review
