We have just spent 8 nights in a 1 bedroom (villa 3) apartment. The apartment was so spacious and immaculate. View was amazing over the town and lake. Breakfast every morning was scrumptious and Lucy was always so cheerful and helpful. Canapes and wine tasting in the evening was a fantastic opportunity to meet other guests and talk about your days activities. Paul, Sam and Marianne were the perfect hosts and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Queenstown.

Nice place,of course, as we see all comments here. I’ve booked a lake view room with balcony through Expedia. BUT they took us to a totally different room! I got told the reason why is cause the room with lake view is the king/couple room. And as I selected on the app “twin room” they put us in another one. I’ve got a half city view without balcony at the back of the hotel ☹️. Should had told us before then and avoiding this bad experience. I was hoping to show the lake view in the morning for my 74yo mom! This was through expedia and expedia shows pictures of just “lake view room with balcony” then you select option: twin or couple….false advertising. Not fair.

Queenstown House and team are truly delightful. Fantastic location, well appointed comfortable rooms, meeting other guests for canapés and a glass of wine in the evenings, and a superb breakfast in the morning.

Queenstown House and team never disappoint. It truly is home away from home. The location is amazing, the recommendations for restaurants superb and meeting other guests at canapés and again at breakfast adds another homely dimension to your visit. Wonderful breakfast. Well appointed rooms. My absolute favorite place to stay

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have stayed in most of the larger chain hotels in Queenstown and all have been dissapointing. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff/ owners very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning.response / report this review -

Set up high looking out over Queenstown to the Remarkable mountain range the vista is amazing .
Louise is a wonderful host and her rooms are warm and contemporary.
